• All sessions are booked online through EAJ’s official scheduling platform.

• One primary email address is required per booking and will receive all confirmations, updates, and calendar notifications.

• A booking is confirmed once payment (or deposit, where applicable) is received.

A single booking may include multiple swimmers only when attending the same program and time slot.

• The payer must adjust the quantity at checkout to reflect the number of swimmers covered.

• All swimmer names must be entered during booking.

• All communications are sent to the primary contact email and phone number provided.

• Prices are listed in JMD and vary by program and plan.

• Program fees may be paid in full at the time of booking.

• For families who prefer flexibility, a payment plan option is available. Payment plans require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure enrollment, with the remaining balance settled prior to the start of the program.

• Online payment is available. In-person payment via cash or card is available.

• If a swimmer will miss a scheduled session, notice must be provided at least 24 hours in advance.

• With a timely notice, the client may choose one of the following options:

• Reschedule the session (subject to availability)

• Receive a credit (make-up session)

• Request a refund (see Section 7)

• Absences without sufficient notice are treated as late cancellations or no-shows.

Each swimmer is eligible for one (1) make-up session per program period.

• A credit represents the value of one missed session and may be used once toward a future EAJ session or program booking.

• Credits:

• Must be used within 14 days

• Apply to the same swimmer

• Cannot be split, transferred, or redeemed for cash

• Expire automatically if unused

• Once a make-up session is used, no additional make-ups or credits will be issued.

EAJ reserves the right to cancel a swimmer’s program after 3 consecutive no-shows without adequate notice. 

If a program is cancelled due to repeated no-shows:

• The deposit is retained

• If payment was made in full upfront, refunds (if applicable) will apply only to the remaining sessions.

• No further rescheduling or credits apply

•  If EAJ cancels a session due to weather, facility issues, safety concerns, or operational constraints:

• The session will be rescheduled where possible

• If rescheduling is not feasible, a credit (make-up session) will be issued

• Refunds are not issued for single-session cancellations by EAJ.

• Swimming and aquatic activities involve inherent risks. By enrolling in Elite Aquatics Jamaica programs, participants acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by EAJ staff.

• Parents and guardians are responsible for disclosing relevant medical or health information during onboarding to ensure safe participation.

• EAJ supervision applies only during scheduled sessions and within designated activity areas. Participants remain the responsibility of their guardians outside of supervised program times.
